The sale is advertised as running from Monday 24 August through Sunday 6 September (Pacific Time). Orders placed any time before the sale closes will receive the Back to School pricing.
What discount applies to Hatch Embroidery Digitizer 4?
New Digitizer 4 licenses, upgrades from Organizer, Personalizer, or Composer to Digitizer 4, the Mega Pack, and the Digitizer Upgrade Pack all include the Back to School discount.
This offer is for perpetual license purchases. FlexPay monthly payment plans are not included in this discount.
I own Hatch 2 or Hatch 3 Digitizer: does this apply to me?
No. Updating an existing Hatch 2 or Hatch 3 Digitizer license to Hatch 4 Digitizer is not included in this Back to School discount and continues at regular update pricing. This offer is for new Digitizer 4 purchases and for upgrades from a lower Hatch 4 software level (Organizer, Personalizer, or Composer) to Digitizer 4.
Why do I need to sign in to see my upgrade price?
Your upgrade cost depends on which Hatch software level you currently own. Signing in lets us calculate your exact personalized price for upgrading to Digitizer 4 or the Digitizer Upgrade Pack, with the Back to School discount already applied.
What's included in the Digitizer Upgrade Pack price?
The Upgrade Pack base fee stays at US$899. The portion of the price that covers your personal upgrade to Digitizer 4 has US$200 off included, the same discount applied to a standalone Digitizer 4 upgrade.
I already own Hatch Embroidery Digitizer: what's available to me?
Digitizer owners aren't eligible for the Back to School Digitizer 4, Mega Pack, or Upgrade Pack discounts, since those are for new customers and for upgrades from Organizer, Personalizer, or Composer. If you're on Digitizer 4, the Power Pack is available to you, and you're also eligible for the Font Packs and EmbroideryConnect offers on this page.
Is EmbroideryConnect available outside the US?

Can I buy EmbroideryConnect in the same order as Digitizer 4 or another offer?
